The ICO opened its agentic-AI evidence call on 8 October, with a closing date of 20 November 2026. Topics include security, transparency, accountability, automated decisions, fairness and lawful processing. Responses will inform future guidance; the call is not final guidance. [1]
ADM perspective
Useful evidence describes an actual workflow: data used, tools available, actions permitted, controls tested and what happened when the agent failed. Include the cost of human oversight and correction. Concrete examples of unclear responsibilities are more informative than a general claim that agents need trust. Read the consultation privacy terms before submitting organisational material.
